ADK began the engagement by obtaining and analyzing the data needed to provide the ideal digital solution. This intensive learning process allowed ADK to thoughtfully redefine the Globe brand and shine a spotlight on the value of having a quality, hands-on production system.
In the new branding, special emphasis was given to Globe’s position as an industry leader and its multi-faceted, specialized group of technicians. ADK first created a robust brand guide to help the Globe team consistently apply the new brand standard, a foundation for future design decisions for their new digital presence. The branding came to life with rich custom photography that highlighted their hand-crafted, artisanal-like fabrication processes - capturing the intersection of sexy and gritty through visuals of real employees. New site content showcased Globes employees’ specialized skills and craft expertise both visually, and textually through case studies and fabrication process pages.
After launch, the new Globe website was awarded the Best in Show award at the 2015 W3 Awards. ADK continues to work with Globe in enhancing the web experience for their users and increasing organic performance through various strategic content, SEO initiatives, and site maintenance and enhancements.
