The Challenge

An iconic golf brand known for its elegance and simplicity did not have the digital presence, and needed an updated experience to reflect its reputation and meet customer expectations.

Titleist boasts a large and dedicated fan base who have formed a community around the brand. However, Titleist’s website was’t delivering an experience reflective of why fans love the brand both on and off the golf course.

Mobile-readiness was an obvious requirement to accommodate golfers out on the green, but Titleist needed a complete digital overhaul to address the customer journey, bond its vast Team Titleist community of golfers, accommodate eCommerce capabilities, and be future-proof to scale with the company’s growth.

The Solution

ADK conducted customer research while auditing the current site and content to develop a digital strategy to drive engagement. 

To understand what would drive success for the Titleist website, Fresh Tilled Soil first uncovered issues with the existing site that impeded the user experience, and then dove into identifying new content opportunities to support the journey for key user personas. 

For Fresh Tilled Soil, an ADK Company, it was critical to understand the experience from the end user’s perspective to ensure the content was intuitive and driving the journey.

Outside of the buyer journey and content strategy, Fresh Tilled Soil also focused on creating a manageable digital experience that would be future-proof for the brand. Using an atomic design strategy, the site was developed to enable stakeholders to easily make updates without significant design resources.
